AIGE-IIETA2019 – YOUNG RESEARCHERS COMPETITION

AWARDS

3 Certificates of Merit will be assigned during the Conference, to be devoted to graduates(Master’s Degree),PhD and post PhD students and young researchers, who have carried out significant research work on the Conference issues and present their results with a paper, in oral or poster sessions:

1 for graduates (Master’s Degree) who present the results of their thesis, provided they are under 25 years old

1 for PhD and post-PhD students provided they are under 32 years old

1 for the best paper presented by young researchers under 35 years old

Participation requirements:

The paper should be written by the single candidate or by a team of authors (age of each one: up to 35).

The participants should be graduated in Engineering or Architecture.

Participation in the conference to participate in the competition is not required.

Participation limits

Each paper can be used to participate by only one author

Deadlines

Abstracts submission deadline: February 28, 2019

Notification of abstract acceptance until March 18, 2019

Draft papers submission deadline April 18, 2019

Final revised paper acceptance May 14, 2019

Evaluation

The papers will be submitted to a Commission composed by experts (professionals, technicians, university researchers…), established unquestionably by the Board of Directors of AIGE.

The papers will be evaluated in relation to originality, innovation, technical deepening. The same evaluation criteria used by the reviewers of international journals will be applied.
